2. Secure a copy of the Promo Claim Form and your Official Receipt from the store to claim your freebie.
3. Completely fill out the Promo Claim Form and submit it to Authorized Acer Redemption Areas along with:

How to avail the 3 year Warranty?
1. Customer must register fro16 only
2. To register, customer must e-mail proofs of purchase and other details listed below to firstname.lastname@example.org
• First Name, Middle Initial and Surname
• Contact Number/s
• Home Address
• Serial Number of the purchased laptop qualified in this promo
• Digital or scanned copy of Original Receipt
• Digital or scanned copy of the laptop box’s Serial Number

3. Customer will get a Confirmation Email and verification call from Acer Customer Care.
This email will have the following:
• 3-Year Warranty Confirmation Number
• List of Acer Customer Service Centers and Authorized Service Providers
4. On availment of the 3-Year Warranty, customer must bring a Print Out copy of the Confirmation Email and present his two (2) valid IDs to any of the Acer Customer Service Centers and Authorized Service Providers indicated in the email.
REPLACEMENT OF FREE ITEM
Free items may be replaceys from date of purchase. Defective units must be returned to Acer Philippines Head Office (BGC, Taguig City) for replacement. Stores may not exchange their existing stocks with defective ones returned by customer.
