Asus Zenny Merry Christmas

promo is open to all customers who will purchase any Zenfone Smartphone via Accredited Multi-brand dealer stores, ASUS / Zenfone Concept Stores. 


Mechanics:

1.      Promo Period is from October 22, 2017 to December 31, 2017.

2.      This promo is open to all customers who will purchase any Zenfone Smartphone via our Accredited Multi-brand dealer stores, ASUS Concept Stores, Kiosks nationwide and official ASUS Online Store.

3.      Customers should visit our official Microsite at www.ASUSPHILIPPINESPROMO.PH and click on the “Zenny Merry Christmas” Tab then enter the necessary details:

·        Name (First, Middle, Last)

·        Address

·        Birthday

·        Mobile Number

·        Alternate Contact Number

·        Email Address

·        Unit Purchased

·        Store where they purchased  their Zenfone unit (Multibrand Store, ASUS Kiosk, ASUS Concept Store)

·        Date Purchased

·        Receipt Number

·        Serial Number (S/N)

·        Agreed Terms and Conditions box

 

4.      This is open to all participants who will purchase any of our ASUS Zenfone Smartphones.

5.      To be eligible for the Draw, the individual must fulfil the following criteria:

a.      Must be legal age of 18 years  old and above

b.     Employees of ASUS Philippines (direct hired or agency based), advertising agency or any of its related partners for this draw, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the draw are disqualified to join.

Raffle Draw and Prize:

1.      Deadline of entries for the weekly raffle will be every Saturday 11:59 PM. Raffle Draw winners will be electronically generated.

2.      Weekly Raffle winners will be announced a week after draw via our ASUS PH Facebook page.

3.      Winners will also be notified via registered mail, email, Call and SMS for claiming instructions from an ASUS Representative.

4.      A person can only win once per raffle entry. However, the more entries submitted the more chances of winning.

5.      Customers who will not win on the weekly raffle will still be eligible on the next weekly raffles.

7.      Our Grand Prize winners can win a free trip to El Nido, Palawan for 3 days and 2 nights (breakfast included). Travel Duration will be valid for one year after claiming and confirmation of entries.

8.      Grand Prize winners will be drawn on January 08, 2018 at the ASUS Philippines office at Hanston Building, Emerald Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig City with the presence of representatives from Department of Trade and Industry.

9.      ASUS Philippines will shoulder the winner's tax relating to the raffle prize. The raffle prize is not convertible to cash however can be transferrable. Other related expenses relative to receiving the grand prize (such as Pocket Money) will be shouldered by the winner.

10.   ASUS Philippines deserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry. The winner’s purchase should be valid order (Activation date should not be before the purchase date), with no cancellations, duplicate entries, returns or refunds.

Claiming and Notification

1.      The raffle draw winner will be notified via registered mail, Email, SMS and Telephone Call from an ASUS Representative regarding instructions on claiming.

2.      For Metro Manila winners, they can claim their prize at ASUS Technology Philippines Inc office. Located at 4th Floor, Hanston Building, Don F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605, Philippines.

3.      For Outside Metro Manila, the winner should submit their colored scanned copies of their documents via email for verification. An ASUS Representative will verify the following documents for 24-48 hours and will notify the winner for the shipping instructions of their prizes.

4.      Redemption period shall be within 60 days from the receipt of notification. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior DTI approval.

5.      Upon claiming of his prize, the winner should present the following:

a.      Original 2 Valid IDs – Government and Private Issued

b.      Original Copy - Proof of Purchase – Invoice, Receipt

c.      Actual Zenfone Unit Purchased for Metro Manila Winners and Zenfone smartphone rear box photo showing the Serial Number for Outside Metro Manila.

d.      Notice of Confirmation with Claiming Instructions

6.      If a representative will be claiming the prize on behalf of the winner:

a.      A signed authorization letter from the winner.

b.      Original Copy of the representative and winner’s 2 Valid ID’s.

c.      Original Copy - Proof of Purchase – Invoice, Receipt

d.      Zenfone Unit Purchased

e.      Notice of Confirmation with Claiming Instructions

 

* If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.

 

7.      ASUS Philippines will cover the Grand Prize expenses as follows:

a.      Round Trip Air Fare for 2 persons

b.      Hotel Accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights

c.      Free Breakfast for 2 persons

d.      Fares, Transfers and Permits for Island Hopping Activities.

 

8.      By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of ASUS Philippines related to the draw. The winner agrees that ASUS Philippines may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as ASUS Philippines considers fit. The winner's name may be published on ASUS Philippines website & social media channels.
