Ø  Open to all end-users who will purchase from participating resellers from August 1 to October 31, 2011.

Ø  Bundle to be given to the end-user upon submission of compulsory documents

Ø  End-users need to submit the following documents to claim

o   Photocopy of End-user invoice showing the following:

§  Date of Purchase/Transaction

§  SR name

§  invoice number

§  End-user name and Contact details

§  Product model purchased with SERIAL #

§  Reseller name and Branch Location

o   Original Cut-out Serial Number sticker

o   Photocopy of End-user’s Valid ID

Ø  HP reserves the right to reject claims that do not fall within the mechanics.
