This is open to all customers who will purchase participating Lenovo products from Lenovo Exclusive Stores and
participating resellers nationwide during the promo period.
This promo is for individual purchases only. Corporate purchases are not eligible.
CLAIMING MECHANICS:
1. Customer/s may claim their ticket/s at the Lenovo office at:
Unit 15-A, 15/F Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, during office hours,
Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) from 9AM to 6PM.
2. In order to claim, customer must present the following documents:
a. Sales invoice indicating the model purchased, specific MTM, Invoice Date and Serial number; and
b. Valid government ID
3. Redemption period is until January 9, 2014, 6PM.
