Promo Mechanics

Customers who purchased Seagate Storage Drive are entitled to join Seagate is Everywhere Promo from 15 August � 30 September 2013. Customers may purchase Seagate products in authorized reseller in Seagate Concept Store SM North Edsa, Seagate Concept Store SM Megamall and in any Villman Branches
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
Winners from Cebu may claim their prize in the store where they bought their Seagate Hard disk.
All prize taxes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by winner.
Winners shall be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize.
Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Seagate Technology with prior DTI approval.
Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver�s license, SSS Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, their vehicle registration, registered notice, claim stub and their payment receipt upon claiming of their prize.
Employees of Seagate and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and employee of Seagate�s agent involve in any part of the administration of this promotion, and each of any employee�s immediate family members (parent, sibling, spouse, and children) and household members are disqualified in joining this promo.

1. Grand Lucky Draw

Each purchase of participating product entitles the customer to 1 raffle coupon. High capacity storage drives purchased increases the number of raffle coupons earned.

Upon payment of the purchased items the cashier issues the official receipt together with the corresponding raffle coupon(s).
Customers shall fill up the coupon with his/her complete name, address, telephone number, email address, model purchased, dealer shop�s name, affix their signature and answer the survey question. Customers may drop their filled-up stub/s at the drop box located at the counter.
Deadline for submission of entries is at the closing of the retailer hours on October 1, 2013, 9:00 PM. Entries submitted after the deadline shall be disqualified from the promotion.
Grand Draw will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Quadmind Office located at 102 G/F Global Star Bldg. C. Raymundo Ave. Brgy Caniogan Pasig City at 5:00 PM in the presence of DTI Representative and Seagate Technology representatives.
