Below is the full terms and conditions:
1. This promotion is limited to all WD (external drives) customers who purchased any of the eligible
products in participating stores nationwide from November 6 – January 15, 2014.
2. Each eligible product purchased in the participating stores within the promo period automatically
entitles the customer to a lucky draw / scratch card.
3. The following are the eligible WD products:
My Book Essential (all capacity)
My Book Live / MyBook Live Duo (all capacity)
My Book Studio (all capacity)
My Book Thunderbolt Duo (all capacity)
My Book for Mac (all capacity)
My Passport 1TB
My Passport 2TB
My Passport Ultra 1TB

My Net Routers (N600/N900/N900 Central 1TB & 2TB)
4. Participating stores are:

5. Lucky draw / scratch card can be claimed at the cashier’s counter upon presentation of the
proof of purchase. Once lucky draw / scratch card is claimed, store personnel shall stamp the
receipt with “CLAIMED.”
6. A customer can win any of the following items simply by scratching the card. Items to be won are:
WD Hard case
Starbucks Voucher worth PhP100
Vikings Dinner voucher
Mind Museum ticket
7. Instant prizes can be claimed at the store where the eligible product was purchased
upon presentation of the following:
Winning Scratch card
Proof of Purchased (sales invoice or official receipt)
8. All used scratch cards and invoice will be stamped “CLAIMED.” Only winning scratch cards with
authenticated alpha numeric codes shall be honoured.
9. To enter the raffle draw, fill out the raffle coupon with your complete name, complete address,
contact number, store name where item was purchased, and affix signature and drop the raffle
coupons in the drop boxes inside the dealer stores.
10. There will only be one (1) Grand Prize winner of a 4 days / 3 nights trip for Two to Korea.
11. Deadline for submission of entries is on January 15, 2014 upon store closing.
Raffle draw will be held on February 05, 2014 at 4:00pm to be held at First Tier Branding
Solutions Inc. Unit 701 7/f, Angelus Plaza Building, 104 Rufino Street, Legaspi Village, Makati in
the presence of a DTI-NCR and WD –Branded Group Representatives.
12. Winner will be notified through phone and registered mail. Winner may also be
published in a newspaper of general circulation.
13. Winner shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding Php10, 000.00.
14. To claim the prize, the winner should present the following documents at the First Tier Brands
office located at 7/F Angelus Plaza Building 104 V.A Rufino Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City.
Original registered mail
Winning raffle coupon
Proof of purchase (Sales Invoice or Official Receipt)
One (1) valid ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PRC ID, etc.)
15. The awarding of the prize shall also be done at a date and time to be agreed upon by all parties.
16. Redemption of instant prizes is valid until sixty (60) days after promo period.
17. Travel period is valid until August 31, 2014. Travel dates exclude holidays.
Processing and fees to be incurred in visa application are to be shouldered by the winner.
WD will not shoulder travel and accommodation expenses to Manila of provincial based winners.
18. Travel tax is inclusive in the airfare ticket. Hotel accommodation in a 3-star hotel
and breakfast will be provided by the company.
19. Grand prize not claimed after sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be
forfeited in favor of WD-Branded group management with prior approval from DTI.
20. Instant prizes are not convertible to cash.
21. Grand prize is transferrable but not convertible to cash.
22. In case of disputes, WD – Branded and First Tier Branding Solutions Inc.’s decision
in concurrence with DTI shall be final and non-negotiable.
23. The winners agree to be featured in any and all publicity materials related to
the promo without further compensation.
24. All employees of WD - Branded Group, its sister companies, participating outlets
and other promo partners/third parties, including their relatives up to second degree of
consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining the promo.
