Along with providing the comfortable operating environment of Genuine Windows Vista® Home Basic SP1, each Gateway® LT Series Netbook is outfitted with 10/100 Fast Ethernet and an 802.11b/g Wi-Fi Certified wireless LAN (select models also have Bluetooth®). So your connections will keep up to speed with you wherever you are.
Our LT ultraportable is small, but you can keep your files and images with you. Its multi-in-one media card reader means it's easy to get files from your other devices onto your LT's good-sized hard drive. Plus, every LT mini-laptop comes with high-def audio, stereo speakers and a digital microphone built in.
Big batteries mean big weight, so some netbooks skimp on battery power. But every model of our LT Series comes with a full 6-cell battery. That gives you more of the juice you needand your LT will still weigh only 1.26kg to 1.44kg, thanks to Gateway's marvelously lightweight design.
A netbook by definition is made to handle your basic needs, but our inclusion of either Genuine Windows Vista® Home Basic SP1 means you have a good deal of functionality and the comfortable Microsoft environment. And even the 8.9" version of our LT Series provides a keyboard that is 89% of full sizemeaning your productivity, like the keys, won't be hit or miss.
