Choose the product you want to purchase.
With the new design of the VillMan web site, navigation through our products is now easier.  When you move the mouse pointer to the 'Products' text, the product categories will pop out.  Just select the category of the item you want to purchase.



 

Add the product to the Shopping cart.
You can add items to the VillMan virtual shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon located right beside the price of the product you want to purchase.  If you intend to purchase several products, you can continue browsing through the site, and adding products to the shopping cart.  The shopping cart can hold up to 19 product items.  The shopping cart will continue to hold all the items as long as you do not close your Internet browser.  If you close it, the shopping cart will be erased, and you have to add the items again.



You can set the quantity of the items by changing the number on the quantity field, and clicking the 'Re-Calculate' button.  After adding all the items you intend to purchase, please click the 'Check Out' button.



 

Check Out.
During check out, you will be prompted to enter your login name and password.  If you do not have a login name yet at our site, you can click the "Click here to register" link at the Check Out page, or by clicking the "Register" button at the top of the page.



You will be redirected to the Registration Page.  You will be asked for some personal info.


 

Place Order.
After you had logged in successfully, the order will be placed on our database.  The order will be reviewed and check for availability by our representatives.  We would also review on the mode of payment and delivery method that you entered on the Registration Page.  Additional charges would be added if applicable (add'l charges include delivery and surcharge) .  Our representative will send you an email on the availability, and procedure of payment and delivery.



 

Order Tracking.
You can track your orders by clicking on the "Track Order" link on top of the page when you are logged in.  In this section, you will know what is the status of your order.



 

Credit Card Payment.
If you choose credit card payment, you can click on the "Go To Payment Gateway" button when the status of your order is already "Awaiting Payment".  As of the moment, we can only process MasterCard credit cards.  At the secured BPI Payment Gateway, you have to fill up the required fields.
