Why do I need to register? [top]
Registering at the VillMan Web site is designed to spare the customer the
trouble of re-entering your name and other basic information every time you
order from our Site. All personal information you submit to us through our
site will strictly be held confidential and will not be used for any reason
other than for transactions with VillMan. Please refer to our
Privacy Policy for more info. It will also allow
you keep track of your transactions with VillMan.
May I browse listings without Registering? [top]
You may browse the VillMan Site as much as you'd like without signing up.
How do I Register? [top]
It takes just a few minutes to Register. To complete the Registration process,
you will need to provide us with required information such as your UserName,
Full Name, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number. By Registering, it is
understood that you agree and will follow the terms and conditions on the
VillMan Site. You can change your information at any time when you Login.
Are the prices in the VillMan web site
updated? [top]
Yes. We always see to it that the prices displayed in our web site is
always updated. You can check its validity by checking the date on the
upper right side portion of every products page.
Can I order products from the site, and pick
it up from any VillMan branch? [top]
Yes, you can, but not all branches. You can pick up the order from either
the West Ave. branch, Ayala branch, or the Pag-asa office. Pick up points
locations can be viewed at the Delivery Info page.
Customers who prefer to pick up from other VillMan branches other than the
specified pick up points, are advised to order and purchase the item(s) directly
from that branch.
Does VillMan entertain customers not
located in Metro Manila? [top]
Yes, we entertain clients located outside Metro Manila, provided that location
of the recipient of the order is inside the Philippines. Our web site
accepts MasterCard credit cards. If the customer does not have the
said credit cards, we also accept cash deposits through bank-to-bank money
transfers. We usually get the services of Aboitiz to deliver the items to
the provinces. Customers residing in very remote provincial areas which
are
not covered by our couriers service areas, will be requested to pick up the
items from the nearest Aboitiz office.
How do I pay for my orders? [top]
For customers who wish to pick up the orders from the designated pick up points,
we accept Cash and credit card payments. For customers who wish to pay
through the Site, you may pay using MasterCard credit cards. You will be
billed in Philippine Peso. We also accept cash deposits through
bank-to-bank money transfers. More details on the Payment methods are
located at the Payment page.
Is my credit card number safe when I make a
purchase at the VillMan web site? [top]
Yes, your credit card account is safe! When you are about the give your
credit card information you will be redirected to the BPI Payment Gateway, which
is encrypted using SSL and the PKI public key infrastructure. We will not
see any of your credit card information. For your added security, the BPI will
require you to enter the CVC2 of your credit card, which is the last three
digits of the number found at the back of your credit card.
Are there any extra charges? [top]
Delivery fees will be charged if the item is to be delivered. No additional
delivery fees for pick-ups. For customers who will use their credit card
to pay for the items, they will be charged an additional 5%
processing fee.
How much is the shipping or delivery fee? [top]
Shipping rates vary according to the product's size, weight and the location of
the recipient. Please note that product shipping rates are calculated
individually. We will give the delivery fees when we confirm the order through
email.
When will my order be available for pick
up? [top]
It usually takes 1 to 2 days to prepare the items. Please wait for the
email confirmation when the items will be ready for pick up.
What credit cards do VillMan
accept ? [top]
For online credit card payment, we only accept MasterCard credit cards issued in
the Philippines. If you will be picking up the items at the designated
pick up points, we accept all major credit cards, except for JCB credit cards.
Does VillMan entertain
customers outside the Philippines? [top]
No. We cannot entertain them because of the payment issue. We do not
accept credit cards issued abroad, and we do not accept wire transfers.
Can I order a specific brand/model not
listed on your product line or pricelist? [top]
Yes, provided that the items are available from our supplier. This
will be on a case-to-case basis.
How can I order from the
VillMan web site? [top]

Will VillMan carry a
particular product I am looking for? [top]
That would on a case to case basis. It really depends if we can source out
a supplier for a particular product you are look for. Just send an email
to willy@villman.com containing the
product you are looking for, and we'll try our best to source them out.
Is this product available at a
particular VillMan branch? [top]
Emails, and Instant Messages, and Online Transactions are handled by the VillMan
Online Department located at the Quezon City Warehouse. This department
does not monitor the stock status of all VillMan stores. We really suggest
you call the VillMan stores directly if you want to know if a particular product
is available or not.
Does VillMan accept installment
terms? [top]
Sorry, we do not have any in-house financing. The only installment terms
we have is through credit card deferred payments. We accept Citibank's
Paylite, BPI's SIP, and Equitable VISA deferred payments.
