Payment Procedure
  • We only accept the currency Philippine Peso.
  • We do not deliver outside the Philippines.
  • All the prices published in our web site are based on our walk-in prices and are on cash basis only.
  • Credit card payment are subject to an additional credit card service charge.
  • Prices excludes delivery of the product.
  • We only process orders from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM.
  • The customer will only pay for the order after VillMan confirms that the item(s) ordered are on stock and available.
Cash Payments
  • Cash payments are accepted for customers who pick up the items at our designated pick up points.

  • After we confirm that the items are on stock and available, we will process the order, prepare the item(s), and then inform the customer when the will be ready for pick up.

  • Cash-On-Delivery is not accepted.  You can give the payment one of our pick up points, or deposit the payment to our bank account, then we will deliver the items purchased.

  • Please click on the Delivery section for the list of our pick up points.

  • Check payments are not accepted.

Bank to Bank Money Transfer
  • Cash deposits using bank-to-bank money transfers are also accepted.

  • After we confirm that the items are on stock and available, we will also give you the information of  our bank account, on where to deposit the payment of the items.  You can choose from the following banks:  Equitable, Chinabank, or BPI-Family.  The customer can choose the bank that is most convenient for him to make the cash deposit.

  • After the deposit to our bank account, the customer is required to give us a copy of the validated teller receipt.  It can send it to us via fax, or via email by attaching the scanned image of the receipt.  We will then verify the transaction with our bank.
  • After verification, we will then process your order for delivery in your location.
  • Check deposits are NOT accepted.
  • If ever the customer ignores the above statement, and stills deposits a check as the payment for the order, VillMan has the option of canceling the order.  The customer should contact a representative of the VillMan Online Department about more information on this.
Credit Card Payments
  • VillMan stores accepts all major credit cards.
  • Credit card payment will be processed inside the VillMan store.
  • The credit card and the owner of the card must be present at the VillMan store when processing the card for payment.
  • Deferred or installment payment schemes are also accepted for the following credit cards:
    • BPI Express Credit and BPI MasterCard
    • Citibank MasterCard and VISA
    • Diner's Club Card
    • Equitable VISA
    • JCB Credit Cards
  • No additional charges for deferred or installment payment schemes.
  • An additional 5% service charge will be added to the total price of the purchased item(s) for all other credit card transactions.
  • For provincial clients, online credit card payments are also accepted, but for MasterCard credit cards only.  All other credit cards are not accept for online transactions.
  • The MasterCard credit card used for the online payment must be issued in the Philippines.
  • Credit cards issued outside the Philippines will not be accepted.
  • The client will be transferred to the BPI Credit Card Payment Gateway where the credit card information will be entered.  This site is securely encrypted to prevent alterations and tempering.
