2. To claim:
Fax or email the following documents to Yeaps Corporation and attention the documents to Ms. RC Concepcion.
a. Sales Invoice/ Official Receipt
b. Cut out printer serial number sticker
c. Cut out promotion sticker (please fill-up)
d. Valid ID
NOTE: A customer representative will contact you on the claiming/delivery instructions.
You will be given a choice to either receive your selected FREE Crocs Footwear or receive an HP-Crocs Gift Voucher which entitles you to claim your FREE Crocs Footware at Crocs Store in Bonifacio High Street or Trinoma.
3. Redemption of Crocs Footwear is valid until May 15, 2008.
