For printers with FREE Adidas Cap*, the free item is bundled directly on the box. For other printers, follow the instructions to claim your FREE Adidas Bag**.

Claim your free Adidas Bag by sending the following via fax or email to Yeaps Corporation c/o Mr. Janssen Calma:

1. Sales invoice/Official receipt.
2. Cut out printer serial number sticker.
3. Cut out promotion sticker (all required information should be completely filled up).
4. Valid ID.

A customer representative will call to inform you of your confirmation receipt number and advise you of the arrangements in claiming of premium item. Surrender the promotion sticker, cut out serial number and photocopy of the invoice upon claiming of the Adidas Bag.
