Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo is open only to buyers of Polaroid products from Philippine based resellers with valid Philippine address.
    
2. For every purchase of the following Polaroid products, customers will be entitled to a specific number of raffle coupons...

3. Customers may claim their coupons at the redemption booth of the store where the purchase was made upon presentation of receipt.
    
4. The customer shall fill out the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, telephone number (if any), affix his/her signature and the name of the store where purchase was made, then drop in designated drop boxes located within the store.
    
5. The promo duration is from Feb. 15 to April 30, 2007
    
6. Deadline for dropping of entries for the raffle draw is at the closing hour of April 30, 2007.
    
7. The raffle draw will be held at the headquarters of Millennium Computer Tech. Corp.
    
8. Prices at stake:
   1 Grand Prize winner of a trip for 2 to HongKong Disneyland with 3 days & 2 nights accommodation with airfair.

9. A participant can win only once, if a name wins more than once he gets the bigger prize.
    
10. All prizes are tax free and are not convertible to cash
     
11. Travel documents, taxes and other related expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.  Trips to HK Disneyland must be availed within 6 months from the date prize is claimed.
     
12. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email and shall be posted on all participating outlets.
     
13. All winners must present any valid ID together with letter of notification and the winning claim stub.
    · Metro Manila winners must claim at MCTC headquarters at #53 Tangali St., San Jose, Quezon City
    · Provincial winners must claim his/her prize at the outlet where purchase was made.
     
14. Prizes not claimed within sixty(60) days after receipt of notification/registered mail shall be forfeited in favor of Millennium Computer Tech. Corp. with prior approval from the DTI.
     
15. Employees of MCTC, Advertising Agency and participating resellers including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
